Daniel Lavotshkin​

Daniel Lavotshkin is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Mr. Lavotshkin has received both a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Law from Pace Law School.

Mr. Lavotshkin is also the proud recipient of the prestigious Environmental Law and Land Use certificates. Mr. Lavotshkin specializes in Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Business law. He acts as counsel to many commercial businesses, advising them on their day-to-day affairs, including commercial leases, mortgage refinancings, and contracts with vendors. Mr. Lavotshkin has published in the Legal Finance Journal as well as other reputable publications.
